Package offered by specialists
We offer a package designed specifically with the contractor in mind.  This is usually offered at an economical price of £75.00 plus VAT per month. . If you keep reasonable records, work predominantly within the UK and don't have other complicated interests then your fee will be fixed at £75 per month. If you do not want us to deal with your payroll/PAYE affairs the monthly charge would be only £70 per month.

You have the option to pay all at once when we complete your year end accounts or in monthly instalments by standing order.
We will also complete your Personal Tax Return. If your only income consists of salary and dividends drawn from your company this is included in our fixed monthly fee. 


  • Limited Company formed for only £200 plus vat
  • Registration for PAYE, Corporation Tax and VAT Dealing with Companies House forms and other administrative tasks
  • Your year end accounts prepared by our small experienced team.
  • We prepare and file your Corporation Tax Return with HM Revenue
  • PAYE Year End returns completed
  • Payroll Advice
  • Advice on how to take your money out of the company in the most tax efficient manner, including dividends PAYE and IR35 issues
  • Company Registered Office Address Service




This service is available for most contractors at only £75.00 + VAT per month.
